Yongnuo Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
Yongnuo complies with all legal requirements in terms of corporate governance, financial accounting and transparent audit reporting. We operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and rules to be ethical, not to harm the environment and to ensure fair treatment of our employees. In addition to complying with all our legal duties and obligations, we are also committed to our corporate social responsibility. Through various CSR projects, we aspire to meet internationally recognised standards in the areas of promoting social development, protecting the environment and ethical responsibility. We will continue to be a company that "achieves high standards of performance in all aspects of environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance".
a) We will uphold the human rights of all employees and operate with a high standard of integrity, as required by the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, the Company's Human Resources Policy and all other Company policies and guidelines.
b) We will strive to create a working environment and a healthy public environment for our employees, while avoiding adverse impacts on the community, environment and natural resources as far as possible, in line with our environmental, and health policies and relevant international certifications such as ISO.
c) As part of our CSR programme, we will continually maintain and develop our management system to implement and continuously improve this CSR policy.

We will work closely with our stakeholders to integrate social responsibility, environmental protection and corporate innovation applications into our core business operations and continue to promote social responsibility.
Yongnuo Corporate Social Responsibility System
Yongnuo established a CSR Committee in 2020 to oversee the implementation of CSR, promote CSR efforts and achieve the objectives set out in the CSR policy. The committee is headed by the company's day-to-day CE0.
