OEM/ODM Foundry model

In order to reduce production costs and better control the production of production lines, we currently open the agency processing business to third-party consignors.

a) We will use a separate workshop to run the processing business, which will be provided by the consignor on the ingredients and suppliers of the products, including the materials of membrane materials and other accessories;

b) OEM business can still enjoy our high-quality on-site management level, testing and processing according to the requirements of the client;

c) The client can also use our recommended formula to produce products;

d) All cooperation matters need to sign a confidentiality agreement. We will not disclose the information of the client to the society and other customers, and we will not provide any relevant OEM certification materials of our company;

f) We can only provide neutral packaging for this cooperation mode. If the consignor needs printing packaging, it needs to assess the legal and regulatory risks. *YPF reserves the right to interpret the above business models.
